Systemic Family Constellation
Systemic Family Constellation is a therapy founded by Bert Hellinger in 1978 that aims to harmonise imbalances that act unconsciously, thus making it difficult for life to flow.
Family Constellation therapy is phenomenological and systemic, showing that we are embedded in an energetic field of our family and ancestors.
Hence many of us may unconsciously take on detrimental family patterns, such as anxiety, illness and depression in order to belong to our family.
From deep love, a child may sacrifice his or hers own interests in order to unsuccessfully try and ease the suffering of their parents or some other family member.
Therefore, by working the entanglements within the family, people can free themselves allowing life to flow.
